I'm going to need help..

Today, I’m starting my diet.

No sodas, no fast food (no fries :/), no sweets. I must work out three to four days a week for atleast an hour and a half. I will only be drinking water, Crystal Light, and milk. I’m trying to limit my carb intake, and if I eat carbs it must be 100% whole wheat/grain. I’m increasing my fiber intake and my vegetable intake, and I have to include fruits. Packed lunch, always. Eh, wish me luck. I’m doing this until I go to Girl’s State which is June 20th. I know this diet is simple, but this is my first diet, that's why it's so big to me.

I just hope my mom holds up for her end of the deal with taking me to the gym, so I won't have to hear anyone's mouth.
